Denny and Sue Barger have sent their March/April Dreams Alive newsletter (posted in the Missions Corner) from the Middle East. Their ministry to Iraqi and Syrian refugees in Jordan has added a new component: the provision of prosthetic limbs to amputees. They are looking for certified doctors, dentists, and nurses to participate in a Medical Mission Trip to Jordan in October. Another new initiative is to invite people to start small businesses that will employ Christians so they can earn a decent living and not have to leave the Middle East due to economic hardship. A Christian Retreat Center and a dairy plant in Iraq are in the planning stages.
